The room size was a real issue. It felt cramped. maneuvering around was difficult, especially with luggage. breakfast service also fell short. plates were missing, and some of the serving jugs were empty. it felt disorganized, and i expected better for the price.

my visit included a warm welcome and a clean room. the bed was comfy. a fan was available in the room, an amenity i needed. the breakfast had a decent choice.
i found that overnight parking cost almost £20 extra in public carparks.

the staff was helpful and friendly. the room was lovely and clean. the bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot (i really needed that!).
the breakfast bar was very basic. there was minimal choice and no fruit or yogurt were available. i am a vegetarian, and the dinner options were very limited. the one that sounded suitable was not available on both nights i stayed.
